Key Responsibilities
Provide occupational therapy services to residents in a skilled nursing facility setting
Deliver rehabilitative care supporting short-term, long-term, and respite care residents
Assess and develop individualized treatment plans to improve residents' functional independence
May be required to float to other areas or units as needed
Required Qualifications
Active Occupational Therapist (OT) license in the state of New Hampshire or eligibility to obtain
Graduate of an accredited Occupational Therapy program
NBCOT certification required or eligible
Preferred Experience / Skills
Prior experience in a skilled nursing facility or long-term care environment
Experience with short-term rehabilitation and restorative care programs
Ability to adapt to a flexible scheduling model including potential float assignments
