Contract | Travel | Days (8:00 AM – 4:30 PM) | 12-Week Assignment | 1 weekend every 6 weeks with flex weekday off when working weekends
Key Responsibilities
- Perform occupational therapy evaluations and treatments on an inpatient rehabilitation unit
- Assist patients with activities of daily living (ADLs) and mobility
- Utilize rehab gym equipment and standard rehabilitation supplies in the delivery of patient care
- Document patient care and progress using Meditech EMR
- Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team across a 16-bed inpatient rehab unit within a Level 2 Trauma Center
Required Qualifications
- Active Occupational Therapist (OT) license in good standing
- Minimum of 2 years of occupational therapy experience
- Ability to maintain patient ratios of 4–5:1 in a rehab setting
- Compliance with facility dress code (eggplant-colored scrubs required)
Preferred Experience / Skills
- Experience in acute care and/or inpatient rehabilitation settings
- Familiarity with Meditech EMR
