Key Responsibilities
- Evaluate patients and develop individualized occupational therapy treatment plans
- Implement therapeutic interventions to improve patients' functional abilities and independence
- Monitor and document patient progress, adjusting treatment plans as needed
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary team members to coordinate patient care
- Educate patients and caregivers on therapeutic techniques and home exercise programs
Required Qualifications
- Current, valid Occupational Therapist licensure in the state of California
- Graduate of an accredited Occupational Therapy program
- Current NBCOT certification
- Ability to fulfill a 20-week contract commitment with a 35-hour weekly guarantee
Preferred Experience / Skills
- Prior experience in a high-demand or fast-paced clinical setting
- Strong documentation and communication skills
