Key Responsibilities
Provide occupational therapy services in both inpatient and outpatient settings within a critical access hospital environment
Conduct home safety evaluations, wheelchair evaluations, workstation evaluations, and driving assessments
Address conditions including fine motor deficits, hand/wrist/elbow/shoulder injuries, sensory deficits, generalized weakness, and cognitive impairments
Deliver cognitive retraining and daily living skills training to support patient independence
Perform fall prevention assessments and provide adaptive equipment training
Required Qualifications
Active Occupational Therapist license in the State of Nebraska or a Compact State
Active BLS certification issued through the American Heart Association
Preferred Experience / Skills
Experience in a critical access hospital setting
New graduate candidates will be considered
Familiarity with a broad range of OT treatment areas including pulmonary rehabilitation support, cardiac rehabilitation, and surgical recovery
