Contract | Days | 36 Hours Guaranteed Per Week | 13-Week Assignment
Key Responsibilities
Evaluate and treat residents to restore, maintain, and improve functional independence in daily living activities
Develop and implement individualized occupational therapy treatment plans based on patient needs and goals
Document patient progress, treatment plans, and outcomes in accordance with facility and regulatory standards
Collaborate with interdisciplinary care team members to coordinate comprehensive patient care
Provide therapeutic interventions appropriate to a long-term and post-acute care setting
Required Qualifications
Graduate of an accredited Occupational Therapy program
Current and valid state licensure or eligibility to practice as an Occupational Therapist in Montana
NBCOT certification (OTR) required or eligible
Ability to work day shift hours
Preferred Experience / Skills
Previous experience in a long-term care, post-acute care, or veterans care setting
Familiarity with PACS (Post-Acute Care Setting) workflows and documentation requirements
