Contract | 13-Week Travel Assignment | Monday–Friday, 7:00 AM – 4:00 PM | Onsite | Inpatient Rehabilitation
Key Responsibilities
- Provide occupational therapy services to patients within an inpatient acute rehabilitation unit (ARU)
- Evaluate patients and develop individualized treatment plans to restore functional independence
- Document patient progress, assessments, and treatment notes using Cerner Powerchart EMR
- Collaborate with an interdisciplinary team to coordinate patient care and discharge planning
- Deliver therapy services within a 13-bed inpatient rehabilitation facility setting
Required Qualifications
- Active Occupational Therapist (OT) license valid in the state of California
- Minimum of 1 year of experience in an acute rehabilitation unit (ARU) or inpatient rehabilitation facility (IRF)
- Proficiency or ability to work with Cerner Powerchart EMR
- Ability to work a Monday–Friday schedule in a fully onsite inpatient setting
Preferred Experience / Skills
- Prior travel therapy assignment experience
- Familiarity with inpatient rehabilitation protocols and interdisciplinary care team collaboration
