Contract | Days | 5×8-hour shifts | Expected 40 hours/week (expected 36 hours/week minimum) | 13-week assignment
Key Responsibilities
- Provide occupational therapy services to residents in a skilled nursing facility setting
- Conduct evaluations, develop treatment plans, and deliver therapeutic interventions
- Document patient progress and maintain accurate clinical records, including use of EMR systems
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary care teams to support patient goals and outcomes
- Must be open to floating between worksites as operationally needed
Required Qualifications
- Active California Occupational Therapist (OT) license required
- Minimum 1 year of SNF (Skilled Nursing Facility) experience required
- Standard credentialing requirements must be met prior to start
Preferred Experience / Skills
- Experience with Casamba EMR software highly preferred
- Familiarity with SNF documentation and productivity standards
