Key Responsibilities
- Provide occupational therapy services to patients in a skilled nursing facility (SNF) setting
- Evaluate and treat patients to improve functional independence and quality of life
- Document patient progress and maintain accurate clinical records in compliance with facility standards
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary care teams to develop and implement individualized treatment plans
- Float to additional care sites as needed during assigned shift
Required Qualifications
- Active California Occupational Therapist license
- Minimum of 1 year of experience in a skilled nursing facility (SNF) setting
- Ability and willingness to float between worksites as required
- Ability to meet standard credentialing requirements
Preferred Experience / Skills
- Experience using Casamba documentation software
- Strong adaptability and comfort working across multiple care environments
