As an Occupational Therapist, you’ll work closely with physicians, patients, and care teams to create and implement individualized treatment plans that help patients regain independence and improve quality of life. The Occupational Therapist provides high-quality, patient-centered care by managing the complete process of occupational therapeutic care of an assigned group of patients, in coordination with the physician and the patient care team.

Our client, a nationally recognized healthcare system, is seeking a two Occupational Therapists for their Atlantis and Fort Pierce, FL locations. The Occupational Therapist provides high-quality, patient-centered care by managing the complete process of occupational therapeutic care of an assigned group of patients, in coordination with the physician and the patient care team. The Occupational Therapist also provides or directs a majority of the patient’s physical therapy to support patients throughout home health and the continuum of care.
