    Key Responsibilities
    • Provide occupational therapy services in an outpatient clinic setting, with capability to service inpatient as well
    • Deliver specialized therapy programs including hand therapy and splinting within a multidisciplinary team environment
    • Treat adult patients across a broad range of diagnoses and patient types, including specialized conditions such as lymphedema, post-concussion syndrome, and hand therapy
    • Utilize outpatient and inpatient charting systems (Clinicient GO by WebPT and AllScripts/Paragon Clinical Care Station)
    • Apply physical agent modalities (PAMs) as part of outpatient care services
    Required Qualifications
    • Active Occupational Therapist license in the State of Nebraska or through a Compact State
    • BLS certification issued through the American Heart Association
    • PAMs certification or eligibility for outpatient care services
    • Broad skill set capable of treating a wide variety of patient types and diagnoses
    • Must obtain MOAB certification if CPI or MOAB is not already held (available onsite)
    • Reliable, fast learner who communicates questions rather than making assumptions, with a strong commitment to patient experience
    Preferred Experience / Skills
    • Certified Lymphedema Therapist (CLT) certification
    • Experience with hand therapy in an outpatient setting
    • Familiarity with specialized therapy areas such as dry needling or post-concussion syndrome treatment
