    Key Responsibilities
    • Provide occupational therapy services to residents across the facility, including a specialized dementia unit serving up to 32 residents
    • Float across units to deliver therapy services as needed
    • Develop and implement individualized treatment plans focused on improving residents' functional independence and quality of life
    • Collaborate with interdisciplinary care teams to support resident goals and outcomes
    • Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation in accordance with facility and regulatory standards
    Required Qualifications
    • Active Occupational Therapist (OT) license in the state of New Hampshire
    • NBCOT certification required
    • Ability to work a Monday-Friday schedule with availability for weekends as needed
    • Willingness to float across units within the facility
    Preferred Experience / Skills
    • Experience working with geriatric populations in a skilled nursing or long-term care setting
    • Experience providing therapy to individuals living with dementia or cognitive impairments
    • Familiarity with skilled nursing facility documentation and compliance requirements
