Key Responsibilities
- Provide occupational therapy services to residents in a post-acute care setting
- Evaluate patients and develop individualized treatment plans to support functional recovery and independence
- Implement and progress therapeutic interventions in alignment with patient goals and care team recommendations
- Document patient progress, treatment notes, and discharge planning in accordance with facility and regulatory standards
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary care team members to ensure coordinated, patient-centered care
Required Qualifications
- Active Occupational Therapist (OT) license in the state of Montana or eligibility for licensure
- Graduate of an accredited Occupational Therapy program
- Experience working in a post-acute or skilled nursing care environment
- Ability to fulfill a 13-week contract commitment
Preferred Experience / Skills
- Prior experience working with veteran populations
- Familiarity with PACS (post-acute care setting) workflows and documentation requirements
- Experience with geriatric or long-term care patient populations
