Occupational Therapist (OT) – Inpatient Rehabilitation (Travel)

Schedule / Job Type

Contract | 13 Weeks | Days | Onsite | Expected 35 hours/week | One weekend per month

Key Responsibilities

• Provide occupational therapy evaluation and treatment to patients in a 34-bed inpatient acute rehabilitation setting
• Deliver individualized, intensive rehabilitation for patients recovering from stroke, brain injury, neurological conditions, spinal cord injury, amputation, orthopedic injuries, and trauma
• Utilize advanced rehabilitation equipment including Synaptic, TechnoBody, InMotion, Ekso Skeleton, and Real VR System
• Manage a caseload with a patient-to-therapist ratio of approximately 6:1
• Collaborate as part of a team-oriented, multidisciplinary rehabilitation team to support each patient's recovery journey

Required Qualifications

• Active Montana Occupational Therapist (OT) licensure required
• Minimum of 1–2 years of occupational therapy experience
• Experience working with patients aged 14 years and older
• Ability to work day shifts with one weekend per month

Preferred Experience / Skills

• 1 year of inpatient rehabilitation experience strongly preferred
• Experience treating common diagnoses such as stroke, pelvic/hip/knee/ankle fractures, amputees, brain injury, and laminectomy
• Team-oriented personality with strong collaborative communication skills
