Contract | Full-Time | Days | Monday–Friday, 8-hour shifts | No call, no weekends
Key Responsibilities
- Prepare and lead a minimum of 2 structured group therapy sessions per day
- Conduct individual 1:1 therapy sessions as clinically indicated
- Administer cognitive assessments when ordered, including MoCA (Montreal Cognitive Assessment), SLUMS (St. Louis University Mental Status Exam), and CPT (Cognitive Performance Testing)
- Document all patient care and clinical notes using EPIC electronic health records
- Apply activity analysis, adaptation, and group therapy techniques within a behavioral health setting
Required Qualifications
- Active OTR/L licensure in the state of Minnesota
- Active BLS certification through the American Heart Association (AHA) required
- Experience working in a behavioral health or psychiatric therapy setting
- Proficiency with cognitive testing tools: SLUMS, MoCA, and CPT
- Experience with EPIC electronic health records
- Must live more than 80 miles from the facility to be eligible for standard contract rates

- Background in psychological principles and group therapy facilitation techniques
