Key Responsibilities
- Evaluate and treat residents within a Continuing Care Retirement Community (CCRC) setting
- Develop and implement individualized occupational therapy treatment plans
- Monitor and document patient progress in accordance with facility and regulatory standards
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary care teams to support resident goals and outcomes
Required Qualifications
- Active Occupational Therapist (OT) license in the state of Maryland
- NBCOT certification required
- Experience working in a skilled nursing, long-term care, or CCRC environment
- Expected weekly hours of 30 hours per week
Preferred Experience / Skills
- Prior experience in a CCRC or similar geriatric care setting
- Familiarity with electronic medical records (EMR) documentation systems
