    Travel Occupational Therapist (OT) – Inpatient Rehabilitation Facility (IRF)

    Schedule / Job Type

    Contract | Travel | Days | 7:00 AM – 3:30 PM | 32 Guaranteed Hours per Week | 12-Week Assignment | Onsite

    Key Responsibilities
    • Provide individualized occupational therapy treatment to patients in an inpatient acute rehabilitation setting, maintaining a caseload of 5–6 patients per day
    • Deliver primarily 1:1 treatment sessions with some group therapy as needed
    • Treat patients presenting with diagnoses including stroke, brain injury, debility, amputation, cardiac conditions, spinal cord injury, and orthopedic injuries
    • Utilize facility EHR systems (UDS Prodoc and Pinpoints) to document patient care accurately and in a timely manner
    • Operate and apply durable medical equipment (DME) and therapy equipment appropriate to patient needs
    • Collaborate with an interdisciplinary rehabilitation team to support patient recovery and maximize functional outcomes
    Required Qualifications
    • Master of Occupational Therapy (MOT) degree required
    • Current, valid state Occupational Therapist license
    • Current Basic Life Support (BLS) certification
    • Minimum of 2 years of occupational therapy experience
    • Basic computer knowledge and proficiency
    • Strong verbal and written communication skills in English; ability to communicate effectively with patients, families, and team members
    Preferred Experience / Skills
    • At least 1 year of inpatient rehabilitation (IPR) experience strongly preferred
    • Experience working with a geriatric patient population
    • Cooperative, team-oriented personality with a collaborative approach to patient care
