Key Responsibilities
- Provide occupational therapy evaluation and treatment services within a rehab therapy unit
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans to support patient recovery and functional independence
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary care teams to coordinate patient care and progress
- Document patient evaluations, treatment sessions, and progress in accordance with facility and regulatory standards
- Educate patients and families on therapeutic techniques and home exercise programs
Required Qualifications
- Active Occupational Therapist (OT) license required
- National Board for Certification in Occupational Therapy (NBCOT) certification required
- Valid Georgia state OT licensure (or eligibility)
- Ability to work a consistent day shift schedule, 40 hours per week
Preferred Experience / Skills
- Prior experience in an acute care or hospital-based rehab therapy setting
- Strong documentation and communication skills
- Experience working within interdisciplinary team environments
