    Key Responsibilities
    • Provide occupational therapy services in an inpatient acute care setting on a dedicated rehabilitation unit
    • Manage a daily caseload of 8–10 patients, delivering evaluations and individualized treatment plans
    • Collaborate with an interdisciplinary therapy team including PTs, SLPs, PTAs, and COTAs
    • Document patient care accurately and efficiently using EPIC EMR
    • Participate in weekend rotation coverage (Saturdays and Sundays, 2–3 weekends per month)
    Required Qualifications
    • Active Occupational Therapist (OT) certification required
    • Minimum of 2 years of experience as a licensed Occupational Therapist
    • Acute care experience is required; candidates without this experience will not be considered
    • Must obtain Alaska state fingerprint clearance and pass a state background check prior to or in provisional status at start
    • Ability to work independently in a fast-paced inpatient environment
    Preferred Experience / Skills
    • Prior travel therapy experience in an acute care or hospital-based setting
    • Familiarity with EPIC electronic medical records system
