Key Responsibilities
- Provide occupational therapy services to patients in outpatient and home health settings, with occasional inpatient coverage
- Treat patients in accordance with Occupational Therapy Practice Guidelines as issued by the American Occupational Therapy Association, following physician referral
- Collaborate in an interdisciplinary manner with other departments to deliver quality patient care
- Maintain a focus on patient safety and quality throughout all aspects of care delivery
- Demonstrate proficiency in the electronic medical record system, ensuring accurate and timely documentation
Required Qualifications
- Current licensure or eligibility for licensure as a Registered Occupational Therapist (OTR) in the state of Montana
- Knowledge of and adherence to OT Practice Guidelines as established by the American Occupational Therapy Association
- Ability to work across outpatient, home health, and inpatient care settings
- Proficiency with electronic medical record systems and clinical documentation standards
Preferred Experience / Skills
- Prior experience in outpatient and/or home health occupational therapy settings
- Experience with interdisciplinary care team collaboration
