Contract | 13-Week Travel Assignment | Days | Monday–Friday with potential holiday coverage | 8:00 AM – 4:00 PM

Key Responsibilities

• Provide occupational therapy services to patients within an inpatient rehabilitation unit setting
• Evaluate, plan, and implement individualized treatment programs to support patient recovery and functional independence
• Document patient progress and treatment plans accurately using Epic EMR
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary care teams to coordinate patient care and discharge planning
• Float to acute care units as needed based on facility staffing requirements

Required Qualifications

• Active Occupational Therapist (OT) license valid in the state of Michigan
• Minimum of 1 year of occupational therapy experience
• Proficiency or ability to work with Epic EMR
• Ability to work Monday through Friday with potential holiday shifts

Preferred Experience / Skills

• Prior experience in an inpatient rehabilitation (IPR) setting strongly preferred
• Comfort and flexibility with floating to acute care units as needed
