Key Responsibilities

• Prioritize and conduct start of care visits with next-day mandatory reporting
• Supervise Occupational Therapy Assistants (OTAs) in the field
• Complete clinical notes and all documentation within 48 hours of each visit
• Maintain timely communication with supervisor, intake, and office staff during normal business hours
• Manage a caseload structured to average approximately 8 hours per day across a variety of visit types (Start of Care, Recertification, Resumption of Care, OASIS Discharge, Evaluations, and Revisits)
• Operate within an assigned territory; may be required to expand coverage area as needed

Required Qualifications

• Active California Occupational Therapist (OT) License
• Minimum of one year of Home Health experience
• Proficiency or ability to learn documentation in Kinnser
• Ability to meet a productivity requirement of 30 points per week
• Overtime must receive pre-approval from the Clinical Supervisor

Preferred Experience / Skills

• Experience supervising Occupational Therapy Assistants in a home health setting
• Familiarity with OASIS documentation and home health regulatory requirements
• Strong time management and organizational skills suited to a field-based, autonomous role
