Key responsibilities

•     Evaluate patients and design occupational therapy plans of careDeliver ADL, functional, and fine-motor interventions
•     Recommend adaptive equipment and home modificationsDocument assessments and progress in the EMR

  Requirements

•     Active Georgia OT licenseMaster's or Doctoral degree in Occupational Therapy from an accredited program
•     Acute care or outpatient rehab experience preferred

  Required: BLS (AHA); NBCOT certification. GA OT license verified before start.
