About the Position

We are seeking an experienced Occupational Therapist / Hand Therapist for a 14-week contract assignment in Grand Forks, North Dakota. Key Responsibilities

• Evaluate and treat patients based on diagnoses, physician orders, and applicable licensure standards.

• Develop individualized treatment plans and document patient progress accurately.

• Fabricate custom hand splints and provide specialized hand therapy interventions.

• Educate patients and families on treatment plans, assistive devices, and home exercise programs.

• Coordinate patient care and discharge planning with the interdisciplinary healthcare team.

• Monitor patient outcomes and changes in condition, adjusting treatment plans as appropriate.

• Provide clinical supervision to Occupational Therapy Assistants (OTAs) when applicable.

• Maintain accurate clinical documentation and follow professional standards of practice.
