They will work primarily with adult and pediatric patients in acute inpatient care and rehabilitation. Daily caseload includes approximately 120-150 patients, with expectations of 9 evaluations and 16 treatments per therapist. Common patient diagnoses include trauma, neuro, orthopedic, general medical-surgical cases, oncology, and stroke. Therapists will be required to cover multiple areas including intensive care units and rehabilitation centers. Self-scheduling is not permitted, and therapists will be expected to work weekends and holidays in rotation with core staff. All clinicians must clock in and out at the facility. Dress code requires solid color scrubs that are clean and professional. Department-specific orientation will vary based on skill level. Therapists must have a collaborative approach to care and demonstrate strong patient interaction skills.
