This role involves providing comprehensive therapy services across various settings, including acute hospital care and skilled nursing facilities (SNFs). Key Responsibilities of the Occupational Therapist- Evaluate and treat adult patients with a variety of diagnoses in an acute hospital setting
- Provide therapy services for patients with conditions such as general deconditioning, joint replacements, and postoperative orthopedic cases
- Offer coverage support for residents in SNF facilities at Neilson Place and Blackduck, MN
- Utilize EPIC for electronic medical records and Casamba/NetHealth in LTC environments
- Work independently within multiple facilities, adapting to varied therapy needs
Requirements of the Occupational Therapist- MN Occupational Therapy Licensure
- Active BLS - must be AHA
- Experience with inpatient and SNF settings
- EPIC experience highly preferred
- Willingness to float to all required locations
