Key Responsibilities of the Occupational Therapist
Provide a full-time schedule of 30 visits per week with a 35-hour guarantee
Conduct an average of 5-6 patient visits daily
Coordinate visit times directly with patients
Document care within various EMR systems (Kantime, Kinnser, Axxess, Homecare Homebase)
Focus on higher-level visits, including SOC, Evaluations, Reassessments, and Discharges
