The facility provides outpatient therapy services. Patient types include outpatient orthopedic cases, with potential exposure to outpatient neuro cases such as strokes and traumatic brain injury. Support from the department is available via phone. Scheduling of patients is managed by a scheduler. Three physical therapists and three occupational therapists are on staff. A certified occupational therapy assistant is also part of the team. The technology used includes an electronic medical record system. Dress code is business casual; closed-toed shoes are required. Jeans are only permitted on Fridays. Professional scrubs without graphics, logos, or designs are expected.
