Seeking a dedicated and compassionate Occupational Therapist (OT) for a contract opportunity in a rehabilitation setting. The Occupational Therapist will evaluate patients, develop individualized treatment plans, and provide therapeutic interventions designed to improve daily functioning, independence, mobility, and overall quality of life.

SHIFT DETAILS
  • Shift Time: 8:00 AM 4:30 PM
  • Meal Break: 30 Minutes

  • Schedule: Monday through Friday
GUARANTEED HOURS & PAY
  • Guaranteed Hours: 35 Hours Per Week
  • Pay Rate:$58.80 - $68.60 per hour
REQUIREMENTS
  • Active Occupational Therapist (OT) License in good standing
  • Graduate of an accredited Occupational Therapy program
  • Current CPR/BLS certification preferred
  • Previous experience in rehabilitation, skilled nursing, acute care, outpatient, or home health settings preferred
  • Strong assessment, treatment planning, and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent communication and documentation abilities
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively within an interdisciplinary healthcare team
  • Commitment to patient-centered care and positive rehabilitation outcomes
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
  • Perform comprehensive occupational therapy evaluations
  • Develop individualized treatment plans based on patient needs and goals
  • Assess physical, cognitive, and psychosocial barriers impacting functional independence
  • Implement evidence-based therapeutic interventions
  • Assist patients with improving activities of daily living (ADLs) and instrumental activities of daily living (IADLs)
  • Recommend adaptive equipment and assistive devices when appropriate
  • Monitor patient progress and modify treatment plans as needed
  • Educate patients and caregivers on treatment plans and home exercise programs
  • Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation
  • Collaborate with physicians, nurses, therapists, and other healthcare professionals
  • Participate in interdisciplinary care planning and discharge planning

  • Competitive pay rate of $58.80 - $68.60 per hour
