Key Responsibilities

  • Evaluate patients' physical, cognitive, and functional abilities
  • Develop and implement individualized occupational therapy treatment plans
  • Provide therapeutic interventions to improve activities of daily living and functional independence
  • Monitor patient progress and modify treatment plans as appropriate
  • Educate patients and caregivers on adaptive techniques and equipment use
  • Maintain accurate clinical documentation and patient records
  • Collaborate with physicians and the interdisciplinary healthcare team to ensure quality patient care
Requirements

  • Active Occupational Therapist (OT) license in the applicable state
  • Degree in Occupational Therapy from an accredited program
  • Current Basic Life Support (BLS) certification preferred
  • Minimum of 1 year of Occupational Therapy experience preferred
  • Strong communication, organizational, and patient care skills
  • Must present valid state or federal-issued identification and wear a photo badge at all times
