Job Overview
We are seeking a licensed Occupational Therapist (OT) to provide high-quality rehabilitative care in a skilled therapy setting. The ideal candidate will evaluate, plan, and implement individualized treatment programs to improve patients ability to perform daily living and work-related activities.
This role requires strong clinical judgment, creativity in treatment planning, and the ability to work within a multidisciplinary healthcare team to improve patient independence and quality of life.
Key Responsibilities
Perform patient evaluations and develop individualized occupational therapy plans
Implement therapeutic interventions to improve daily functioning and independence
Support patients with activities of daily living (ADLs) and adaptive techniques
Monitor and document patient progress and outcomes
Collaborate with physicians and interdisciplinary care teams
Educate patients and families on therapy goals and home programs
Maintain accurate clinical documentation
Ensure compliance with clinical and regulatory standards
Requirements
Active Occupational Therapist (OT) license in the relevant state
Master s degree in Occupational Therapy or equivalent qualification
