Key Responsibilities
Provide occupational therapy evaluations and treatments to assigned patients
Develop and implement individualized treatment plans based on patient needs and goals
Document patient progress and maintain accurate clinical records in accordance with facility standards
Wear a facility-issued photo badge at all times while on site
Collaborate with interdisciplinary team members to support patient care and outcomes
Required Qualifications
Active Occupational Therapist (OT) license in the state of New Hampshire
Graduate of an accredited Occupational Therapy program
Valid state or federal issued photo identification required upon entry to the facility
Preferred Experience / Skills
Prior contract or registry experience in a clinical setting
Strong documentation and time management skills
