Key Responsibilities
Provide occupational therapy evaluation and treatment services in an inpatient setting
Develop and implement individualized treatment plans based on patient needs and goals
Monitor and document patient progress, adjusting treatment approaches as appropriate
Collaborate with interdisciplinary care teams to support patient recovery and discharge planning
Adhere to facility policies, regulatory standards, and professional practice guidelines
Required Qualifications
Active Occupational Therapist licensure in the state of Illinois
National Board for Certification in Occupational Therapy (NBCOT) certification
Minimum of 2 years of occupational therapy experience
Non-local candidates only - local candidates are not eligible for this position
Preferred Experience / Skills
Prior experience in an inpatient hospital setting
Familiarity with acute care patient populations and interdisciplinary team collaboration
