Key Responsibilities
Provide occupational therapy services to both adult and pediatric patients across a variety of diagnoses
Primary focus on pediatric hospital outpatient care, with adult inpatient coverage as needed
Deliver patient-centered treatment plans in an outpatient clinic setting connected to the hospital
Collaborate with interdisciplinary care teams to support patient progress and outcomes
Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation in accordance with facility standards
Required Qualifications
Active Minnesota Occupational Therapist license required
Minimum of 1 year of occupational therapy experience
Must commit to completing Minnesota Livescan fingerprinting within 48 hours of signing the contract, in person in Minnesota, on the Monday prior to the scheduled start date - travelers are responsible for all associated travel expenses
Must complete required lab work within 48 hours of contract signing
Travelers requesting a medical or religious vaccine exemption must submit appropriate exemption documentation at the time of profile submission
Must live more than 25 miles from the facility to be eligible; local travelers are not accepted
Preferred Experience / Skills
Experience working with pediatric populations in an outpatient setting
Familiarity with adult inpatient occupational therapy practices
