Seeking a dedicated Occupational Therapist (OT) to provide rehabilitative therapy services that help patients regain independence and improve their ability to perform daily living activities. GUARANTEED HOURS & PAY

Guaranteed Hours: 35 Hours Per Week
Pay Rate: $57.00 - $66.50 per hour

REQUIREMENTS

Active Occupational Therapist (OT) License
Current state licensure in good standing
Graduate of an accredited Occupational Therapy program
Current BLS certification preferred
Previous skilled nursing, rehabilitation, outpatient, inpatient, or acute care experience preferred

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Evaluate patients and develop individualized occupational therapy treatment plans
Assess functional limitations and establish measurable rehabilitation goals
Provide therapeutic interventions to improve activities of daily living (ADLs) and instrumental activities of daily living (IADLs)
Recommend adaptive equipment and environmental modifications when appropriate
Monitor patient progress and modify treatment programs as needed
Educate patients, families, and caregivers regarding treatment plans and home exercise programs
Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation
Collaborate with interdisciplinary healthcare teams to achieve optimal patient outcomes
Ensure compliance with regulatory, professional, and organizational standards
