Location: Hearne, Texas
Schedule: 8-hour day shifts, 35 guaranteed hours per week. Assignment duration of approximately 13 weeks (through December 19, 2026).

Requirements:- Current Occupational Therapist license in Texas
- Graduate of an accredited Occupational Therapy program
- Active BLS certification through American Heart Association (AHA) or American Red Cross (ARC)
- Preferred post-graduate experience in skilled nursing facility settings
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills with ability to work independently and collaboratively
- Completion of all required health screenings, background checks, and competency assessments
