Required Qualifications
Occupational Therapist, Outpatient
Experience: 3 years
OT-TX
Certifications: BLS-AHA(Copy needed)
Work History: Should not be more than 30 days of gap in last 7 years
References: 1 Reference in the last 24 months
Currently licensed in the State of Texas.
Minimum three years’ Outpatient experience only.
Certified Hand Therapy (CHT) required or extensive hand therapy experience
BLS thru AHA required
