Key Responsibilities
Provide occupational therapy services in an outpatient setting, with approximately 20% of visits conducted at assisted living facilities
Attend daily stand-up meetings at 8:30 AM, Monday through Friday
Manage a caseload ratio of approximately 6-7 patients
Document patient care and progress using Wellsky charting software
Travel to patient locations as needed, with expected weekly mileage of approximately 50-75 miles (may vary)
Make up missed visits on weekends as needed within the facility work week (Sunday-Saturday)
Required Qualifications
Active and valid Occupational Therapist (OT) license
Minimum of 2 years of recent licensed OT experience; new graduates will not be considered
At least 1 recently completed travel assignment required
Experience with home care and/or Homebase required
BLS and First Aid certifications required
COVID-19 vaccination and booster(s) required per state guidelines; medical/religious exemptions considered on a case-by-case basis and may require weekly testing
Must live at least 50 miles from the facility to be eligible
Preferred Experience / Skills
Prior experience in outpatient therapy settings
Familiarity with assisted living facility environments
Experience with Wellsky or similar electronic documentation platforms
