Minimum Requirements

• Bachelor's, Master's or Doctoral Degree in Occupational Therapy from an accredited educational program.
• Active State License is Required to Start the Assignment
• BLS Certification May Be Required from AHA or ARC
• Experience with outpatient and home health settings.
• Occasional inpatient coverage required.
• Proficiency with electronic medical record documentation required.

Assignment Details

• Monday - Friday schedule.
• Variable hours.
