Job Opportunity – Occupational Therapist – Parkers Prairie, MN
Start Date: August 28, 2026
Location: Parkers Prairie, Minnesota
Schedule: Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM to 4:30 PM. 40 guaranteed hours per week. Flexible scheduling available.
Highlights:- 13-week contract assignment with guaranteed hours
- Diverse practice setting: 85% Skilled Nursing Facility/Long-Term Care, 10% Assisted Living/Independent Living, 5% Outpatient
- Primarily geriatric caseload (90%) with adult patients (10%)
- Includes one day per week at a location approximately 30 minutes away
- Consistent weekday schedule with no weekend or evening requirements
Requirements:- Current Occupational Therapist license in Minnesota or ability to obtain
- Allied healthcare certification as required
- Experience in skilled nursing and long-term care settings preferred
- Availability to complete 3-week onboarding process prior to start date
