Key Responsibilities

• Evaluate patients and develop individualized occupational therapy treatment plans
• Provide direct occupational therapy services to support patients' functional independence and daily living skills
• Document patient progress, treatment plans, and outcomes in accordance with facility and regulatory standards
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary team members to coordinate patient care
• Participate in a rotating schedule, with weekend availability preferred

Required Qualifications

• Active Occupational Therapist (OT) license in the state of California
• NBCOT certification required
• Graduate of an accredited Occupational Therapy program
• Ability to work a rotating schedule, including weekends

Preferred Experience / Skills

• Prior experience in a contract or travel therapy setting
• Strong documentation and communication skills
• Ability to adapt quickly to new clinical environments
