- Assess functional abilities and recommend therapeutic interventions
- Support patients in improving daily living and self-care skills
- Monitor patient progress and adapt treatment plans as needed
- Educate patients, families, and caregivers on therapeutic techniques
- Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary healthcare teams to achieve optimal patient outcomes
