Travel Occupational Therapist (OT) - $2,056 to $2,256 per week in Bullhead City, AZ

Minimum Requirements

• Bachelor's, Master's or Doctoral Degree in Occupational Therapy from an accredited educational program.
• Active State License is Required to Start the Assignment
• BLS Certification May Be Required from AHA or ARC
• AZ License Required

Assignment Details

• Schedule: Monday through Thursday.
• Hours: 8:00 AM - 6:00 PM or 7:00 AM - 5:00 PM.
• Weekend shifts required.
