Facility Setting? Inpatient Rehab
Will position be required to float to other units? Potential to float to acute care
Number of beds in your facility? 11
1-2 years experience
BLS
Preferred experience level? Experience in IPR preferred.
What is the work schedule for this position? Monday-Friday with potentials for holidays.
EMR for your facility: Epic
Scrub colors / dress code: Caribbean Blue Scrubs or Khaki pants and a polo shirt
Parking Location: Free Employee Parking behind building
Required Qualifications
Occupational Therapist, Inpatient Rehab
Experience: 1 year
Licenses: OT-MI(Copy needed)
Certifications: BLS-AHA(Copy needed); OTR-National Board for Certification in Occupational Therapy(Copy needed)
SSN Required
DOB Required
Work History: Should not be more than 90 days of gap in last 1 year
