Seeking a dedicated Occupational Therapist (OT) to provide rehabilitative care and therapeutic services that help patients regain, develop, and maintain the skills needed for daily living and functional independence. The Occupational Therapist will evaluate patients, develop individualized treatment plans, and collaborate with interdisciplinary healthcare teams to achieve optimal patient outcomes.

GUARANTEED HOURS & PAY
- Guaranteed Hours: 35 Hours Per Week
- Pay Rate: $51.00 - $59.50 per hour
REQUIREMENTS
- Active Occupational Therapist (OT) License in good standing
- Graduate of an accredited Occupational Therapy program
- Current CPR certification preferred
- Strong evaluation, treatment planning, and documentation skills
- Excellent communication and patient education abilities
- Ability to work effectively within an interdisciplinary healthcare team
- Previous rehabilitation, skilled nursing, outpatient, home health, or acute care experience preferred
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Perform comprehensive occupational therapy evaluations and assessments
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans based on patient goals and needs
- Provide therapeutic interventions to improve activities of daily living (ADLs), mobility, strength, coordination, and functional independence
- Monitor patient progress and modify treatment plans as appropriate
- Educate patients and caregivers regarding adaptive techniques, equipment use, and home exercise programs
- Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation
- Collaborate with physicians, therapists, nurses, and interdisciplinary healthcare professionals
- Participate in care planning and discharge planning activities
- Recommend adaptive equipment and environmental modifications when appropriate
- Promote evidence-based practice and patient-centered care
