- Assess functional abilities and identify appropriate therapeutic interventions
- Assist patients in improving daily living, self-care, and mobility skills
- Monitor patient progress and modify treatment plans as needed
- Educate patients, families, and caregivers on treatment techniques and goals
- Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary healthcare teams to support optimal patient outcomes
