Candidates must demonstrate initiative and the ability to work as part of a team. Description: The unit has 32 beds and approximately 35 therapists and 50 nurses. The typical staff composition includes OTs, PTs, rehabilitation aides, nurses, patient care techs, and unit coordinators. It is expected to provide between 5 to 6 hours of treatment per patient daily. Candidates should be familiar with typical inpatient rehabilitation procedures such as activities of daily living and evaluations. Previous experience in inpatient rehabilitation and flexibility to work weekends is preferred. The ideal candidate will have an outgoing personality, be flexible, and possess knowledge of rehabilitation practices. Minimum weekend shifts are required, with a minimum of two shifts every four-week period expected. Dress code consists of black pants and an olive scrub top.
