GUARANTEED HOURS & PAY
- Guaranteed Hours: 35 Hours Per Week
- Pay Rate: $48.00 - $56.00 per hour
REQUIREMENTS
- Active Occupational Therapist (OT) License in good standing
- Graduate of an accredited Occupational Therapy program
- Current CPR/BLS certification preferred
- Previous experience in rehabilitation, skilled nursing, outpatient, home health, or acute care settings preferred
- Strong assessment, treatment planning, and patient care skills
- Excellent communication and documentation abilities
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively within an interdisciplinary healthcare team
- Commitment to patient-centered care and positive clinical outcomes
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Evaluate patients and develop individualized occupational therapy treatment plans
- Provide therapeutic interventions to improve activities of daily living (ADLs), mobility, and functional independence
- Assess cognitive, physical, and psychosocial barriers impacting performance
- Recommend and train patients on adaptive equipment and assistive devices
- Monitor patient progress and modify treatment plans as appropriate
- Educate patients and caregivers regarding therapy goals and home exercise programs
- Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation
- Collaborate with physicians, nurses, therapy assistants, and other healthcare professionals
- Participate in interdisciplinary care planning and patient progress reviews
- Promote patient safety, independence, and quality of life
