SHIFT DETAILS

GUARANTEED HOURS & PAY
  • Guaranteed Hours: 35 Hours Per Week
  • Pay Rate: $48.00 - $56.00 per hour
REQUIREMENTS
  • Active Occupational Therapist (OT) License in good standing
  • Graduate of an accredited Occupational Therapy program
  • Current CPR/BLS certification preferred
  • Previous experience in rehabilitation, skilled nursing, outpatient, home health, or acute care settings preferred
  • Strong assessment, treatment planning, and patient care skills
  • Excellent communication and documentation abilities
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively within an interdisciplinary healthcare team
  • Commitment to patient-centered care and positive clinical outcomes
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
  • Evaluate patients and develop individualized occupational therapy treatment plans
  • Provide therapeutic interventions to improve activities of daily living (ADLs), mobility, and functional independence
  • Assess cognitive, physical, and psychosocial barriers impacting performance
  • Recommend and train patients on adaptive equipment and assistive devices
  • Monitor patient progress and modify treatment plans as appropriate
  • Educate patients and caregivers regarding therapy goals and home exercise programs
  • Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation
  • Collaborate with physicians, nurses, therapy assistants, and other healthcare professionals
  • Participate in interdisciplinary care planning and patient progress reviews
  • Promote patient safety, independence, and quality of life
ADDITIONAL INFORMATION
  • Guaranteed 35 hours per week
  • Competitive pay rate of $48.00 - $56.00 per hour
