Start Date: November 23, 2026
Location: Lacey, Washington – 1.5 hours from Seattle, close to outdoor activities including hiking, skiing, fishing, and mountain biking
Schedule: 8-hour day shifts, 35 guaranteed hours per week, 91-day assignment through February 20, 2027

Requirements:- Associate's Degree in Occupational Therapy from an accredited program
- Current Certified Occupational Therapist Assistant (COTA) license in Washington State
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment
- Resume, skills checklist, two professional references, and online verification of professional license required for submission
