Seeking a skilled and compassionate Occupational Therapist (OT) to provide comprehensive rehabilitation services focused on helping patients maximize independence, improve functional abilities, and enhance overall quality of life. SHIFT DETAILS

GUARANTEED HOURS & PAY
  • Guaranteed Hours: 35 Hours Per Week
  • Pay Rate: $46.80 - $54.60 per hour
REQUIREMENTS
  • Active Occupational Therapist (OT) License in good standing
  • Graduate of an accredited Occupational Therapy program
  • Current CPR certification preferred
  • Strong clinical assessment, treatment planning, and documentation skills
  • Excellent communication and patient education abilities
  • Ability to work effectively within an interdisciplinary healthcare team
  • Previous rehabilitation, skilled nursing, outpatient, or acute care experience preferred
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
  • Evaluate patients and develop individualized occupational therapy treatment plans
  • Provide therapeutic interventions designed to improve activities of daily living (ADLs), mobility, coordination, strength, and functional independence
  • Assess patient progress and modify treatment plans as needed
  • Educate patients and caregivers regarding adaptive equipment, home safety strategies, and therapeutic exercises
  • Collaborate with physicians, nurses, therapists, and other healthcare professionals to coordinate patient care
  • Maintain accurate and timely documentation of evaluations, treatments, and progress notes
  • Recommend adaptive devices and environmental modifications to support independence and safety
  • Participate in care planning and discharge planning activities
  • Promote evidence-based rehabilitation practices and patient-centered care
  • Ensure compliance with facility policies and regulatory standards
