Description

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide occupational therapy evaluations and treatments to patients in accordance with physician orders and facility protocols
  • Develop and implement individualized treatment plans to maximize patient functional independence
  • Document patient progress, goals, and outcomes accurately and in a timely manner
  • Collaborate with interdisciplinary care teams to coordinate patient care
  • Maintain compliance with facility onboarding requirements, including completion of orientation modules onsite
Required Qualifications
  • Active state or compact Occupational Therapist license - must be in hand at time of submittal
  • BLS certification required
  • NBCOT certification required
  • All requested time off must be disclosed at time of submittal
  • Must live at least 50 miles from the facility to be eligible - no local candidates
Preferred Experience / Skills
  • Previous travel therapy experience preferred, though first-time travelers are welcome to apply
  • Strong communication and documentation skills
  • Ability to adapt quickly to new facility environments and workflows
